These monthly Creativity for Wellbeing sessions are designed for adults who wish to explore
their creativity, unwind, and develop new skills in a welcoming and relaxed setting. Each
session will focus on a different creative technique, ensuring a varied and engaging
experience. Participants will leave with their creation, a sense of accomplishment, and
improved wellbeing.
Sessions are aimed at adults of all levels of experience who are looking for some time for
themselves. Creative activities help to focus the mind and have a similar effect to
meditation by allowing you to enter a state of flow. Creativity dampens the stress response,
encouraging relaxation, improved mood and quietening worried thoughts.
Sessions will last 2 hours and the price per person is £35 including all materials and
refreshments.
